Case Management System will be down for maintenance every 4th Sunday between 6:00am and noon.
CMS is supported during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm.
While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, intermittent outages may occur due to system maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
If an outage occurs during support hours, we will work to restore service as promptly as possible.
Outages occurring outside of support hours can be reported to Maine.PUC@maine.gov and will be addressed on the next business day.
MPUC Staff are not available outside of normal business hours to respond to questions or concerns regarding CMS filings.
