The 1.04% is based upon the ratio of 16.261/1,565.300, where the numerator is the megawatts of nameplate capacity of contracted net energy billing facilities and the denominator represents the Company?s 2015 annual hourly peak demand.? We request clarification from CMP whether, for inverter-based generation including solar systems, the numerator represents the nameplate capacity in direct current (the capacity of the solar panels) or alternating current (the capacity of the inverters). In Docket 2014-00096, the Commision affirmed that the appropriate metric should be the AC rating of the inverter, but we are aware that prior to that time, CMP may have been mistakenly using the DC (panel) nameplate rating instead. In addition, we request clarification about what method CMP used to confirm which net energy billing facilities are still in operation and which have been decommissioned or are no longer in operation?
