I have a small office, 400 (sf?), and find my electricity rate is going up by about 15%. According to Kennebunk Light & Power, I am a "minimum" user but my rates are going up as if I was an industrial user! Have spoken to Todd Shea, GM of KL&P, and I am writing you at his suggestion. Appreciate your consideration for a small office business now being 'lumped' into serious commercial business cost environment. Rick Wolf
