The special rate treatment should go to every Maine resident suffering under CMP for their endless hikes in electric rates every year. It must stop CMPs heinous lowballing rate hikes driving every last Mainer into choosing between keeping the lights on or feeding their families.Mostly, it comes down to many not buying food or medicine they need to stay warm and the lights on. Honestly,it's very cruel to force anyone to choose lights over food or their medicine they need.
